| Your 7-days return right: | | If you are not completely satisfied with a particular wine you ordered, we guarantee a return and exchange right within a period of 7 days from the day you recieved the order. According to your request, we exchange the selected items or refund the money. Please note that this only applies for unopened bottles in perfect condition. Your only expense will be the return postage fee unless it was our shipping error. | | | A chargeback on a credit card purchase will be completed when the item has been returned. | | | Please inform our staff via email or fax, so we are able to co-ordinate the modalities of return and make the return as convenient as possible for you.
